In 1955, Ted Jovaras and his wife Soula, moved to Kansas City from Limnos, a small Greek Island. They brought with them all of their authentic Greek family recipes.
Those recipes are still followed today using the finest imported ingredients money can buy.
Today you will still see Ted and Soula at either location still hard at work after all these years. Soula makes the hand made pastries and desserts each day.
Chris Jovaras and his wife DeeDee now operate the daily operations of both locations with the same passion and love that Ted and Soula brought so many years ago. |
